LIBRARY CARDS
All
library cards are made at the Circulation Desk in the
Main Library (at the top of the ramp). Each adult
must show the librarian a form of identification with
his/her name and current address on it in order to
obtain a form.
To
get a Juvenile card (under 14 years of age), a parent or
legal guardian must be present with the child(ren) to
fill out and sign the form. No child under the age
of 14 can obtain a library card without his/her parent
or guardian present.
The
first time a person receives his/her library card, they
are limited to 2 items. Once they have
returned the 2 items, they can check out up to their
maximum limit as shown below:
Adult
Cards: 20 books; 8
magazines; 8 Audio/CD books; 3 Movies or DVDs
Juvenile
Cards:
10 books; 4 magazines; 4 Audio/CD books
